As I continue to await 7 months now for Delita Hooks, Dr. Andrew Fagelman's receptionist to be arrested for assault and battery of me a patient of an MD that shared the office at 155 Spring St but moved out ASAP because she can't have her patients berated, menaced, given the finger and than have Delita Hooks throw her shows after threatening to slap the crap out of me and run as hard and fast as she could to punch me in my left eye, than grabbing my hair, as my earring was ripped out but no damage to my lobe....
Det John Vergona was going to teach me but not in my person how corrupt and dirty the NYPD can be when it comes to fixing crimes.....was it because I am who I am or was there even something more -- fixing and favors as the NYPD are notorious for -- not the Bronx Trial of Ramos -- one of the biggest Scandals NYC history along with the Adrian Schoolcraft trial and than there is the Adrian Schoolcraft Trial......this Sept. and not one question about all this and the Stop and Frisk Trial.
Internal Affairs would have taken actions if I was a Bloomberg. The NYPD would have arrested her right away for assault, battery and a false cross complaint as the video with over 4,700 views on YouTube proves but no for 7 months Delita Hooks sits at the long closed off front desk 155 Spring St.
She even returned to the desk to work out the night as she was just fine after attacking me.
She violated my patient rights and my body but the NYPD wasn't done and the NYPD who I once admired for their 9-11 Heroism and the days and months following --- read my letter "Betrayal at Ground Zero" or the letter asking for a raise for the NYPD and the FDNY in The New York Times after 9-11.
My Dad a WW2 Vet, a conservative man who admired Commish Kelly A Viet Nam Vet -- I had to tell him that Det. John Vergona planned to kidnap me for a weekend....that Vergona could not explain why I had to wait 4 days to the Sabbath Saturday to arrest me -- I asked Det. Vergona -- arrest the Jew on the Sabbath? Are you anti-Semitic?
Det. John Vergona would not answer.
For now it seems that no one will confront the NYPD on this violent assault at a medical office in Soho and the NYPD's role including being told I could come in to report Delita Hooks false cross complaint which I am told should have been documented in both our files, investigated and brought to the DA.

As a lawyer said when question about a law suit in which he won -- the NYPD promote failure -- NYPD fail upward.
No tough questions for the NYPD right now -- terrorists have made the NYPD immune from accountability.
