CityTime 2 -- the NYPD had a 911 system that could have been expanded but just like Rudy with AutoTime it was thrown away because Bloomberg and Christine Quinn consider tax payer money water and they also allowed a billion dollar over-run so we spent 2 billion dollars for a hunk of junk

Mike said at the presence conference that the media could ask them about my yell down about CityTime and 911 but no one did.
