Internal Affairs has my complaint open for over 6 months and I was assaulted for 7. Is Internal Affairs spending all their time trying to come up with creative ways to cover-up for a group of corrupt cops fixing crime at the First Precinct including the commander Ed Winski who they moved to mid-town south.

Terrorism mass murder saved Rudy's career and made him in to a false hero since he did not move The Emergency Command Center out of the WTC and he had 11 years between 2 attacks.
Lets say the cops involved of something heroic; they still have my blood on my hands - without surgery I would have gone blind. Assault their wives give Winski the finger expect arrest. I do believe their is a Higher Court.
