He use to ticket the Veteran Vendors down in Soho and FYI they served our Country and at least 1 has 2 sisters in the NYPD.
Now will DI Ed Winski who ticketed a Viet Nam Vet (actually a guy I do not like but fought for anyway) now that Ed is mid-town south -- will he start his abuse of Veterans that served our Country and ticket them up to their eyeballs despite Hero Viet Nam Vet Vendors alerting the NYPD when they say bombs.
If you read the entire review I tell you that the Vet Vendors could continue to help us and should be utilized by the NYPD not ticketed.. inspired by Ed Winksi ticketing them on behalf of rich arrogant Soho residents who did not serve our Country.

Good book and a fast read although details of the terrorist bombing are gruesome so it is not easy reading. Mordecai Dzikansky is a religious Jewish NYPD officer; one of the first and he becomes an asset because of his knowledge of the Jewish community, Hebrew and Yiddish. He becomes an asset helping catch Israeli drug dealers to tracking down stolen Torahs. He and his partner are first on the scene when Tupac Shakur was gunned down here in NYC. He is sent to Israel and he brings his family to re-locate to become an NYPD Det. gathering knowledge on terrorism from visiting terror attacks in Israel to crime scenes in Russia and Spain.
