The New York Post article posted almost the same time as mine except mine goes way deeper and I remain the only one to report Internal Affairs was 3 months behind last year in getting 2012 placards to all NYPD so I am wondering how far behind they are this year but more I show you have NYPD and friends use expired parking placards and PBA cards in the windshields of cars when they are not suppose to but they want favors!

My post has a lot of links that will take you to everything from a fake NYPD placard, to expired ones with a retired PBA card covering up expiration to a PBA card to more....take a look but I get to a hell of a lot more -- deeper core problems that need to be addressed because Internal Affairs is not doing their job policing the police.
It is time for a new commission. The Knapp and the Mollen were 20 years apart so it looks like we are due.
