NYPD Honor Expired Placards + Internal Affairs Covering Up for Det. John Vergona?

Good morning -- for those following my blog I woke up about 2:30 am started post-traumatic stressing about being violently assaulted by Dr. Andrew Fagelman's receptionist and the corrupt cop Det John Vergona "fixed" it -- never showed up on the First Precinct's Stats which is why I say the NYPD Stats are like a Las Vegas Casino -- a numbers game the fix is in.  I sent Internal Affairs this photo and an email alerting them I hope to testify against Internal Affairs we when get a new commission like Knapp and Mollen and one reason is I believe they are going to cover-up for Det. John Vergona and all involved. It is aprox 20 years between the 2 commissions and they times has come for a new one.

The car is not illegally parked but this placard shows in a small way corrupt culture of entitlement NYPD. 

Reading the 2009 placard entertaining -- traffic division should no better -- isn't this division the one that gives the most tickets to "the little People"?

Mike pumped up $ revenue  targeting ticketing struggling middle class, poor and small biz.  Does help pay NYPD salaries? 

Is IA going to get 2013 placards to all NYPD by first week in Jan or March?

(note to blog readers -  I was the only one to report and I discovered it by reporting some many expired NYPD placards that IA was months behind getting all the placards to the entire NYPD.   IA took over this responsibility for obvious reasons and looks like they weren't up to the job and now I get the vibe they aren't up to policing the police and we need Federal intervention and a new Commission.)

Delita Hooks, Dr Fagelman's receptionist had to come out from behind a long closed off desk to stalk and menace me.  Vergona refused to go to the office and take a look and interview anybody.  

The detectives that took the false complaint and listen to the women I filmed lying about me as the video proves never contacted me to interview me.  

The video proves she assaults me 3 times before I defend myself and by the way I never put down my bags or my phone as she continued to attack me.  

The video shows she could have closed the door but instead uses it for leverage to begin the physical part of what was first a verbal assault for my $450 medical visit and when she violently gave me the finger I decided I wanted to document unprofessional and menacing behavior so crazy as was her pleased demeanor after violently flipping me the bird. 

Did Vergona tell the Det not to bother? Vergona refused to interview my MD who removed a cyst from my arm and saw my arm with defensive wounds and bleeding under skin by my eye right after the assault. All this goes on my blog to shame IA and NYPD. 

Good luck covering up for Vergona. 

Doesn't sound like an Integrity issue but like a blatant crime NYPD fixing and I hope to testify in front of a Commission on IA's handling of Vergona's fixing of me being assaulted.  

Note:  I will also testify against Vergona's co-workers involved and Sgt. Chen and all supervisors I contacted if we get the Commission I want to get to address NYPD Corruption and Abuse of Power.


Also why do I say NYPD honor expired placards?  The NYPD are not suppose to use them.  I believe they should be destroyed or turned in.  Any crook or terrorist could benefit from them and this person clearly believes the expired placard will be honored by the NYPD hence he or she puts the null and void placard in the window of their card.  This is not far from where I found a PBA card in a vehicles window.  The NYPD has not issued harsh enough warnings re: expired placards and PBA cards to not be used in windows and they must be issued via TV news and print newspapers to get the message across to their pals using them as well.
