Hey DI Ed Winski -- When u go for a job in the private sector this post will work in your advantage but Internal Affairs did not do their job and the Chabbott incident proves Internal Affairs as guilty as the NYPD they are suppose to police.
I contacted NYPD and tried reaching IA -- took almost 24 hours 2 years ago -- to report a fake NYPD parking placard. NYPD wouldn't respond. They came by too ticket Veteran Vendors and Artists refused to look at private parking as usual -- just ticketed the vendors the little people because the manager than Michael Rawson had the NYPD jumping thru hoops.
