Limandri brags Dept of Building Deaths are down -- it is a joke like the NYPD -- are you kidding -- the number is way too high!!!!
Than the commissioner of DOB Robert Limandri tells us little People to call 311 with DOB safety concerns and we do and do and do and nothing comes of it -- DOB blatantly does not respond -- it takes a death to DOB to wake-up out of it's coma.
That was why I called DOB.
I believe Robert Limandri has no engineering degree or architecture degree and since Bloomberg came to power and ironically he has a degree in engineering -- no commissioner of DOB has a degree as legally required. Bloomberg has been sued by Engineering group -- it is tied up in court I believe --- they want a commissioner head of DOB to have engineering or architecture degree.
Bloomberg pulls a Cathie Black every chance he can except with the NYPD -- Kelly was actually a cop.

She could have given us protective zoning for St. Vincent's Hospital and she didn't.
