I am sick with a low grade flu -- my back and neck in pain.
I have neck brace and today I could have been given a back brace to
help me immediately but Emblem HIP health insurance required more
unneccesary steps so I have to get up out of bed where I need
to be and get in a subway to go to 55th St to get fitted for a brace
when I could have gotten one at the MD's office.

It is worse than that - try getting physical therapy -- the hoops u have to jump thru
and paper work.

damage neck.
Dr Fagelman did not fire her for her unprofessional and violent behavior.

There is nothing any patient could do to warrant a verbal assault, the finger, menacing behavior, and violent assault -- a running punch to my eye, she grabbed mt hair pulling and wrenching me as she tried to kick me in the groin - she barely made contact.
