I stand behind what I say and nice try Bloomberg blaming it on the phones and we paid
over 2 billion tax payer $ for a flawed 911 system. Why? Because people were stealing.
The phone system is part of the 911 package but part of the problem is the duplicate calls, the system can't weed them out and deal with them effectively and with all that money and tech can't get the locations right. There is way more to this story -- nice try saying the system worked it was the phones.
