Kelly was so popular Quinn wanted him as her commish and I would have preferred him to her for mayor. How ever the NYPD corruption, abuse of power, murder, gun trafficking, rape, drug selling, major trials 2013, Ramos, Haste, stop and frisk -- Kelly's career ending on a low note a career ending one.
