More Bad News for mayor Mike Bloomberg -- Haggerty comes up Court of Appeals --- and the case could get thrown out -- their could be a re-trial ---
Mike and Team Bloomberg tried to prevent Haggerty from calling them but judge said he had a right to defend himself.
So one Term Cy Vance gave them all immunity put perjury not protected by immunity.
