| The NYPD is seeking the public's assistance with the whereabouts and identity of the following individual wanted in connection to an assault in Brooklyn. The circumstances are as follows: On Wednesday, December 19, 2012, at approximately 3:50 p.m. hours, the male victim, 76, was aboard a N/B "J" train at the Alabama Ave subway station. The male suspect exchanged words with the victim and then began to strike the victim several times in the face with closed fists. The suspect then fled off train at the Cypress Hills subway station. The suspect was accompanied by a minor child. Suspect Description: male, 30-35 years-old, approx. 6'00" in height, 180-190lbs, wearing a black coat and dark colored pants. Anyone with information in regards to this incident is asked to call Crime stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
