Christine Quinn Ambulance Scandal St. Vincent's Hospital Testimony Foiled Proof Ambulance Went to wrong Location -- reminder Christine Quinn and her huge staff were no where to be seen when Quinn locked out her own community in the freezing cold to testify they demand a hospital where St. Vincent's Hospital was and not Rudin luxury condos.
A senior elder man passed out and when we met with Christine Quinn and her staff Chuck Meara denied the incident and the ambulance delay. Much later I at City Hall with Local 375 DC 37 and saw Chuck staring at me so I approached him. He than admitted there was an ambulance but denied it took a half hour.
Dr. David Kaufman timed it and he states it took 29 min. The foiled report shows the ambulance went to the wrong address -- it took a long time but thanks to the NYPD officers that got me the info.
Oh did the ambulance take so long do to the 2 billion dollar failed 911 tech system or human error and does Christine Quinn even care -- she locked out her own district. I stood there in a wig dressed as Christine Quinn when she was no where to be seen.
