OWS Confused by NYPD Mourning Fallen NYPD TimCast

Occupy Wall St made mistake mike check -- wrongly stated NYPD covering badge number -- and Tim Cast admits it is not true.

It appears some OWS was confused because the NYPD officers are wearing black -- it is almost like a ribbon and it signifies an NYPD officer that has died.

No NYPD is hiding their badge number which would be a violation of NYPD protocol.

Looks like live from Time Square....

I heard them giving grief to Mike Bloomberg.
