In the film their is a term that doesn't have a police code number to describe what some NYPD yell in very sharp contrast to me holding Bloomberg accountable for CityTime and ECTP the 911 tech system 2 tech Titanics for Tax Payers.

Remember Det Lynch who acts like a 2 year old and made contact with my body twice although you missed that because you were busy working else where? I even gave him my name but he couldn't remember!!! The mayors people ditto plus my blog Mayor Bloomberg King of New York and told them honestly I was a critic. Lynch violated police protocol refusing to identify himself, was discourteous and although he didn't hurt me he did make contact with my body - what is that called? Gee Lt Sullivan, thanks for not falsely arresting me and what's NYPD code for that? And why did you have the female NYPD officer I chatted with accompany us on our little walk?


 When the news is finally reported on CityTime crime -- SAIC shareholder lawsuits OJ trials in reverse and the criminal trial next year  and ECTP the 9-11 Tech system bigger crime than CityTime you and your bosses will think of me?
