DOITT is part of the Bloomberg operations that rewarded a culture of failure and a revolving door of corruption and Mike Bloomberg, Mark Page, City Council okayed hiring NASA for an additional 14 million dollars for the Tax  Payer's Biggest Titanic the 911 Tech System called ECTP which is MEGA bigger than CityTime and where is the criminal investigation John Liu called for after his audits?

Where is the criminal investigation in to the 911 Tech System ECTP where we just want another 14 million over budget besides the billion dollars tax payer money we ran over budget = 2 billion 14 million dollar 911 system that is flawed.
