Mike is not the great biz man and tech whiz we thought he was and it is laughable that Christine Quinn who was sued for back rent 3 times thinks she can do a better job with NYC's budget than Mike when she pushed through all these corrupt over-rides on mostly tech deals which should never have been approved.

Where did all that money go.

Funny I have the NYPD Intelligence division shutting me up when he wants to cut the NYPD even more and force NYPD to work longer shifts not a good idea.  There was plenty of money but it has been stolen and or abused
