Note Feds not rushing to prosecute those involved in mega tech crime ECTP 911 tech system bigger than CityTime -- hint Bloomberg and City Council approved 1 billion 14 mill $ tax payer money over budget and FYI  Chuck Schumer in bed with Northrop Grumman!!!  Verizon no saint and HP the guiltiest but NG and V weren't innocent bystanders.  Do the math.  The White House , Feds, Albany City Hall not interested in going back in time CityTime or ECTP 911 crime with big White House contractor pals implicated?
