An hour before the radio show Batra had called on Cuomo to appoint a Moreland commission to investigate the corruption in Albany and JCOPE. Batra went to the FBI a month ago to ask the FBI to investigate JCOPE and he said JCOPE was controlled by Cuomo. Cuomo goes to Paterson's radio show -- Paterson who would be in jail if it wasn't for Cuomo and sends Batra a message he can't refuse?

Red-faced and whispering, City Councilman Dennis Gallagher angrily pleaded guilty Monday to misdemeanor sex charges for assaulting a woman in his campaign office.
As part of his plea deal, Gallagher, 43, will not serve jail time for forcible touching and sexual abuse. He agreed to resign from office by April 18 and undergo alcohol counseling.
"While I was intoxicated I intentionally and forcibly touched intimate parts of the complainant and subjected her to sexual contact without her consent," the Middle Village Republican said in a barely audible voice in Queens Criminal Court.
The 53-year-old victim did not speak, but Assistant District Attorney Kenneth Applebaum read a statement in which she said her July 8 encounter with Gallagher changed her life forever.
"I will never recover from the pain, anguish and humiliation I have suffered," the statement said.

It is amazing to me that Moreno is walking around the streets of NY if he isn't vacationing else where and it is amazing that Cuomo who compared settling sex harassment claims to care accidents with tax payer money, Sheldon Silver, Vito Lopez, Mike Bloomberg, Christine Quinn and just about everyone in Albany and City Hall hasn't resigned but than again we don't hav anyone to take their places that would put the People first and their agendas first....
What ever seems like there is a whole lot of raping going on on may levels ---- truly the Mafia seems more transparent and the Hell's Angels come with warning labels on their motorcycle jackets but these politicians try to pass themselves off as good citizens and even feminist trail blazers like Carolyn Maloney who defended Shelly Silver and Diana Reyna who is alleged to have slept her way to her job with the elderly obese Lopez.
