I was sent this email....

NY1 says that the water or sewer pipe was 100 years old !!!  But the real scare 
is the gas line, which NY1 says is even older !   The are scared that the 
pavement will collapse on gas lines.  Con Ed is taking jack hammers to get to 
the gas lines, to either turn it off or whatever they need to do to prevent 
danger.  How scary.
