How many tax dollars spent on 311 and include mega high priced consultants and quality control folks as well as they over billed us as well on all Bloomberg's tech Titanics....

People including me forget 311 is another of Bloomberg way too flawed and way too expensive tax payer Titanic.

Dept of Building uses 311 as a buffer and does not respond, ditto for DEP and so many other divisions but Mike thinks the stats make it worth while?

Another mega fortune he isn't done sinking mega bucks in to that doesn't actually work.  Ask New Yorkers and they will tell you 311 is a joke.
