Is this an Adrian Schoolcraft like set-up or punishment when in fact there is so much more to ticket fixing and bigger fixes than tickets as this very case proved.
Something suspicious because um gee whiz -- we are suppose to believe ticket fixing only went on in the Bronx when in fact the word on the street is ticket fixing every where and there are names of top people city hall rumor at least 3 city council members and mayor Bloomberg isn't giving out any names.
By the way Steve Levin, mentored by Vito Lopez a man many think is a crook got so many parking tickets he simply didn't pay them and Bloomberg did take away his parking placard. I am not saying that Levin got any fixing but I do want to know why he isn't obligated like the rest of New Yorkers to pay his parking tickets. He does earn over a $100,000 a year which seems like plenty of money to pay tickets. He clearly thinks he is above the law. I wonder where he got that idea and that he isn't accountable?
