is not alone and if for some reason Christine Quinn fails to become mayor or gets her foot back in the door City Hall -- although Goldman Sach, Bill Rudin and every corrupt dirt bag including Bloomberg and gang are "banking on it"  -- her other half -- what's her name better have gotten a pre-nup because Quinn's legal bills staggering...her and her staff's legal bills like Scott Stringer -- I decided "Scott Stringer" is Yiddish for "Tax Payer's Black Hole".
