Rewind: Christine Quinn and city council gave themselves a a raise when they approved lowering the NYPD's starting salary.
From Albany to City Hall The People of New York are not being representing by people that understand they serve us but they serve themselves their own agendas and they develop Marie Antoinette complexes as soon as they get in.
