Now that Steve Rattner is done raiding the NY Pensions and is banned by the SEC make he will help Mike restructure the pensions?   Mike could have restructured the NY Pensions.....the first term, the 2nd...? No his pals like Goldman Sachs who did a lousy job handling the pensions were too busy making mula off NY Pensions!
