City Councilman Larry Seabrook was so greedy that he scrounged up gasoline sales slips to help launder about $50,000 in illegal payoffs, a prosecutor charged yesterday.
During closing arguments at Seabrook’s corruption retrial, prosecutor Karl Metzner said the embattled Bronx Democrat “collected the receipts that other drivers left behind” so he could get reimbursed by his political club.
