1) he had permits for the planters
2) Apple soho paid for planters - a vendor claims Buhl said this in front of him and a Michael Kors employee. Apple Soho did not approve or pay for illegal planters.
3) when I saw them illegally dropping planters on prince st - I asked a woman her name and who was putting down the planters. She said her name is Barbara Thomas and ACE responsible for planters. I pulled out my iPhone and video camera and she suddenly said it was not ACE. Why oh why would she change her story. People contributing to ACE may not approve of their illegal drop?
4) I video tape Buhl - he says 3 groups paid for planters. One is Buhl Foundation. The real Buhl foundation never heard of Henry Buhl (shitter)'s foundation but I bet Henry has heard of them. When u call his "the" Henry Buhl foundation the answering machine says ACE.
I have questions and I want Buhl to give us the names of his liaisons of the other 2 or did he lie and it is him with the blessing of The Mercer Hotel who immediately sent a staff member to water the planters and rich white folk came out of the Mercer Hotel to applaud the ethnic cleansing slash economic racist sweep of most minority Veteran Vendors some handicapped and Eric 81 down right poor as a church mouse. Note: also wonder if Buhl props up Thomas foundation and uses them like ACE - Henry Buhl benevalent plantation owner of Prince st. Amazing how rich people throw bread crumbs at the homeless and throw lavish parties to celebrate!!!

My guess ....in a polite klu klux clan way minus sheets --a select group of rich SOHO white people who did not serve our Country -- they want to sweep mostly minority vendors many Veterans that served our Country off the streets starting with Henry Buhl and his illegal planters because the 1st Precinct was not harassing the Vets enough to effectively sweep them away as Buhl and The Mercer Hotel requested of the NYPD so Buhl got creative?
The planters are illegal.
The vendors have been here longer than most of the rich people that want them out.
Artists made Soho and most can't afford to live their just Henry Buhl types, who thinks Prince St. is his personal plantation. He decided who stays and who goes. Buhl is confident he can break the law.
If Occupy Wall St. dropped those illegal planters they would have been removed instantly and there would have been arrests.
Just like the Wall st. implosion and mortgage meltdown business as usual. Little to no accountability especially under Mike Bloomberg's reign.
*Peaceful protest July 14th outside Buhl's soho loft 102 Prince Street 5:30 and we will move over to the Mercer Hotel as well to send a message re: illegal planters and harassment of vendors.
