So evil!  He even looks like a horror character out of a bad B movie.  He is responsible for throwing out AutoTime and bringing in CityTime the tax payer titanic and bringing in SAIC and all his deputy mayors lobbyists.....such a crook.  He never moved the 911 center and he had a 11 years to move the command center out of the WTC!  He was going down and he bankrolled 9-11 in to 30 million dollars of profits!  I voted for him and plenty of people did that don't want to admit it.  He is  politically dead....anyone who digs doesn't have to go deep to find out how corrupt he is and we are paying for it.   Bloomberg threw out the shameful Maximus mess and he should have thrown out CityTime and given Rudy a bill or sued him.  Now we should be suing both of them to get billions back in damages for The People of NYC!
