The 911 Tech system corruption is bigger than CityTime but who cares unless we have a terrorist attack this year and the system fails and we don't have St. Vincent's open because Christine Quinn wanted her kick backs and fast track to mayor spot with players like Howard Rubenstein and Amanda Burden making sure we did not get protective zoning for a hospital only.
