A few rich white folk don't care that unemployment is 10 percent in NYC and the Vets served our Country. They want the sidewalks to breathe! Who cares if these Vets and Artists ended up on homeless shelters. The City is a mess and they are trying to earn their living honorable. Crime is up isn't it?
