Bloomberg would use spin even with a death toll to hide over a billion dollars stolen and frauded -- and than Mike and Mark Page, City Council approved hiring NASA after spending over 2 billion tax payer dollars and NASA went out and hired SAIC who should have paid a billion dollars rather than the 455 million for robbing us on CityTime destined for dumpster.
