NY Media continued to cover-up for Mike Bloomberg and top NYC Gov officials as well as SAIC top officials. This is the third lawsuit filed against SAIC for actions surrounding the CityTime automated payroll project, which was allegedly the mechanism used by company employees for a sophisticated fraud scheme. Two similar complaints were filed in the Southern District of New York. All three lawsuits also named as defendants former company CEO Kenneth Dahlberg, current Chief Financial Officer Mark Sopp and CityTime project manager Gerard Denault, who was indicted in early 2011 on charges of kickbacks, wire fraud and money laundering that took place through the CityTime project." click on link above for more info

and than there is the Westland Fire and Police law suit filed in NY against SAIC top dogs we aint’ holding accoutnable for some reason and it looks like accusations of insider trading included.
