Any update on why no investigations 1) why Quinn allowed her own district -- Chelsea and W Village to be allowed to testify in front of City Council that they demand a hospital. Note plenty of city council members didn't show up either. 2) A 75 year old man from her district fainted from the cold standing outside waiting to testify. He lives in Quinn's district. I demanded an investigation as to why the ambulance took 30 minutes. U think Quinn would be the one demanding a hospital.
