When CityTime gets thrown in the dumpster will Deltek take over where SAIC failed us? Just wondering out loud.
Reminder : Rudy Giuliani threw out AutoTime created and run by city workers to outsource with biggies that he hoped would help his goal to get in The White House and than Mike Bloomberg took it to a level of insanity and historic tax payer abuse never ever seen before and ECTP 911 Tech is an even bigger Tech Tax Payer’s Titanic!
Deltek should reconsider as the street is not sure its a great honor to be getting this award. Especially since SAIC is a large client and seem to have a lot connections that could matter. Couple things are scary me about these relationships. And this street blog wants new yorkers to think.
During Citytime a Deltek Study on SAIC billing practices is published. “Our billing was done entirely on spreadsheets,
and that was horrible,” says Wilbanks. “To
prepare for our audits, we had to go through
each page of these extremely large
spreadsheets and highlight the relevant
information so that the auditors wouldn’t have
to read every detail of a one hundred page
document. This process would take us hours,
and in the end it often seemed like one big mess
of paper.
Just as CITYTIME was blowing up Deltek publishes this glorious award and report about their implementing timesheets. "SAIC successfully completed its massive implementation of a single instance of Deltek Costpoint that supports and manages its finance, contracts, project control and procurement processes." http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1wt1v8HneY4
Then in just two years it looks like the same award given to the Allens of Technodyne just two short years ago could be given to Deltek. Suppose its all a big coincidence.
So who will take over CITYTIME? What vendor will replace CITYTIME?
