SAIC filed an annual report but they are not placing it online rather via paper with securities.
Why? Hmmm....trying to delay access to news....Don’t worry mainstream media sound asleep or doing infomercials for SAIC and NYC Gov. Note I am the only one screaming for NYC gov officials to resign and asking where are the arrests of NYC gov officials....ho hum.

Preet Bharara re-do your indictment! Redo -- CityTime crime went on way before Gerald Denault ever got to work on CityTime! We got screwed on a 500 million pay back and I was the first and only voice to say so. So glad so many voices are joining me! Stay tuned on that!
