know it is hard to follow -- which is the way corrupt creeps want to keep it... Maybe if I explained this a bank robbery and massive drug dealing but if CityTime was heroin -- it is actually baby powder that doesn't deliver the high it is suppose to but makes SAIC and it's pimps Rudy and Mike and their subordinates rich.
I posted this statement in my Rudy piece I wrote today about him wanting to run for President.
I asked who is SAIC's pimp and one name that came up was Mike Bloomberg but here is another, Peter Powers.
One think is clear. Rudy learned that after serving NYC gov you can make mega-bucks. Maximus and SAIC CityTime which he implemented wasted a fortune -- mega-bucks of tax payers money but it got Rudy entre and friends he wanted and Mike Bloomberg took it to an extreme. Mike and Rudy had their eyes on The White House and being global players. And their deputy mayors and pals were invited along for the ride bu Kerik behaved like a money addict stuck in the self destruct mode.
Peter Powers some how got this dirty deal thru with the MTA although finally DiNapoli killed it.
You get the point -- city gov. jobs are beginning to be like White House jobs for wannabe players in the big arena. Using AutoTime -- a timekeeping system devised by City Workers that WORKED won't get you a seat a Elaines! Do the math....
Can someone show me a chart of Rudy and Mike's deputy mayors -- their friends and how much money the are earning on the side, as lobbyists, as consultants, being paid out of a secret Mike fund as the NY Post exposed Mike is doing with 3 admin. assistants that earn more than Commissioner Kelly and look at Peter Powers.
It also explains why we are paying 2 million in tax payer money for Mike to keep his campaign staff on at City Hall and it is not just Patricia Harris and some staff he brought in from Bloomberg News that think they will be making off like bandits as they tax payers continue to get robbed.
There are a lot more pieces to this puzzle and we need to learn who are SAIC's subsidiaries. Are SAIC's subsidiaries also paid big bucks by NYC Gov. I was told Spherion is but even if my source was wrong Spherion was suppose to be a watchdog and with Mazer and Berger SAIC probably had way more power over Spherion than visa versa.
Another CityTime consultant from SAIC, former Mayor Rudy Giuliani's technology chief Sal Salamone, made millions of dollars as a full-time computer industry lobbyist before city agencies while at the same time collecting $250,000 annually for his work on the time-keeping project.
