Mike: Before you lay-off any teachers, lay-off your campaign staff which The NY Post estimates costs tax payers 2 million dollars. Can you, Rudy and Peter Powers ask SAIC for a full credit for CityTime which would be close to 700 million dollars? p.s. The campaign staff I am referring to some of the crew like you that was out of town for Bloomberg's Blizzard of 2010.
