Interesting the name is not Community Improvement but business and we all know Amanda Burden is called Amanda the people's Burden.  I am surprised CB2 fought this because usual they support what I call "economic racism" and Burden is the most guilty after Mike of mass displacement and pushing a reckless tsunami of development on "old" NY's infrastructure busting thru zoning erecting mirrored buildings reflecting a history destroyed and communities no longer.  Soho is notorious for harassing vendors and attempting to sweep them off the street in an economic racist plan pushed by Bloomberg - Burden to help their pals and continue to push out middle class and poor NYers. Amanda the people's Burden is a socialite mega-millionairess who should be helping Paris Hilton rather than pushing the mass displacement of New Yorkers sweeping out as many middle class and poor people as possible.  How does she look at herself in the mirror?  With lots of plastic surgery and botox is my guess!
