Scott Stringer the tax payer's black hole must be pissed that Christine Quinn is more aggressively and successfully fund raising for mayor than he is and using slush money to buy favor so he wants the slush mess looked in to -- not Bloomberg's Blizzard of 2010 but the other slush mess, Mike's mini-me Christine Quinn.

Reminder -- the slush fund investigations are still on and City Council staff are still being investigated -- the case is just moving slower than a turtle in molasses.
