Attorney general Schneiderman to target contractor fraud
My comment in response to NY Post article:
Can anyone explain why there has not been one bit of news re: CityTime and SAIC consultants getting busted? Is there a cover-up? I am thinking a cover-up since SAIC and the MTA deal that DiNapoli said is a no-go is being pushed through by the MTA and SAIC anyway. Giuliani brought in SAIC and CityTime after his other failed attempt Maximus cost the tax payers a fortune. I do not think Schneiderman is going to do anything because Christine Quinn would have to explain how she brushed aside 2 investigations, he would have to subpoena Rudy and his deputy mayor best friend Peter Powers who is the lobbyist for SAIC for the MTA deal, Mike Bloomberg to explain why Mike was and is still pushing SAIC and CityTime which is sure to go over a billion $ in tax payer $ so it will take at least 300 years to start saving tax payers money. Cuomo isn't asking for Giuliani to step down from his appointment is he? We haven't even heard of one SAIC employee involved yet so don't hold your breath that anyone in power is going to actually see justice served and really work to get our tax payer money and I am taking mega-bucks returned to us. Put that in the context of this massive budget crisis and let us see if Quinn and anyone in NYC gov got campaign donations, job offers, perks of any kind from SAIC, their subsidiaries, Spherion, etc.

Just a reminder -- Andrew Cuomo gave Mike Bloomberg's money manager and best friend a wrist slap for his role in pay to play in NY Pension funds.
If you are rich you can pay to play, pay to not go to jail, pay to not plead guilty...and Mike Bloomberg stands by Rattner.
