The NY Post website does not allow us to post links so I can't give you the link to CNNiReport from Feb. 2009 that fingers Mazer, Berger and "Jellybean" a nickname of an SAIC employee the whistle blower accuses of stealing as Joel Bondy looks on nervously. at meetings the whistle blower tell us about as well as it was common knowledge CityTime was a failed system. I was told that NYC gov made a deal with SAIC that once CityTime was up on running, NYC gov would go sell the system for SAIC to other government agencies and kick commission. Bloomberg is suppose to be a businessman and tech savvy but at the rate he keeps expanding a system that doesn't work it will take 200 years for CityTime to save the city money and prevent workers from stealing. There is a lot more to this story and here is a little hint. The MTA despite people saying NO! said they wanted SAIC to handle their contract and guess who was the lobbyist that "pushed" the SAIC MTA deal through? Peter Power, Rudy's deputy mayor. Interesting isn't it. A lot more to this story....
