Commish Ray Kelly Charles Campisi NYPD Falsifying Evidence Allegations

I was up from 3-5 am working on my allegations that the NYPD fabricated evidence knowingly and with malice using Dr Andrew Fagelman of 155 Spring Streets receptionist Delita Hooks who attacked me, knowingly used her false cross complaint to false arrest me which I agreed to -- yes Oct 16th, 2012 Det John Vergona (in Italian Vergogna means shame and he is in my opinion an evil man) yelled at me you are going to drop those charges or I am going to arrest you. 

I feel ill this am.  Re-living this horror the police roe and to understand from top brass down the level of corruption sickening.  

Ray Kelly and Charles Campisi decided I should serve the corrupt retired cop at 1 police plaza although he hides out in a dwelling in Staten Island or did he retire to Florida hardee har.   

Ray Kelly and Charles Campisi decided the tax payers should pay for his lawyer!

WHAT KIND OF MEDICAL EMPLOYEES TRIES TO BEAT A PATIENT FIRST YELLING I WILL SLAP THE CRAP OUT OF YOUR ASS.  NOT FIRED OR ARRESTED.  THAN THE NYPD ALIGN WITH THE CRIMINAL JOINING IN COMMITING A CRIME OF COERCION USING YET ANOTHER CRIME DELITA HOOKS FALSE CROSS COMPLAINT.  I HAD A HOLE IN MY RETINA AND CERVICAL DAMAGE FROM THE ATTACK.
