What NYPD did to PO Schoolcraft and many others is a technique learned from the Soviet KGB Secret Police. The Soviet Union started in the 1950's to use Psychology and Psychiatry as Weapons of terror against the peoples of their empire to "Keep, Them, In Line". The NYPD is a Standing Army that has no respect for the Inalienable rights of Americans namingly the 1st,2nd,4th,5th and 14 Amendments to the U.S Constitution. I lived under Communism and that is what is in NYC/State is a ComPolice State!

Here is the problem, in 1878 many Southerners demanded a law generally prohibiting the US Military from acting as a Law enforcement agency. the law passed is called the Posse Commutates Act of 1878. Sounds good, right? Well it allowed for the creation of standing Armies of Civilian Police Forces, such as NYPD,LAPD,CPF,NPD,NOPD and on and on.
