It is NOT over yet...Robin Geller marches forward with shareholder class action complaint against SAIC, now Leidos (means to Leer in Spanish) for Security and Exchange Commission violations regarding March 2011 10k filings for NOT disclosing the financial exposure on CityTime. 

By  "that time" (ie March 2011)  SAIC "knew" about CityTime and the financial disclosure necessary to its shareholders. Remember Denault was dismissed and indicted  near to, next to or around the exact same time and that was not in works???? The split up  of SAIC was not in the works? The 500million dollars settlement was not in the works?  

Robin Geller go get em.   No more TIME delays for SAIC who in my opinion was robbing NYC Tax Payers pre Denault CityTime!!!!

no more delays and procedural stalls for Leidos, means "leer' in Spanish, the court has help shape your argument for the shareholders....

By the way SAIC now Leidos (means "leer" in Spanish) has to report, must report a settlement to the public on this if the rope is finally short.
