I reported this exclusively over a 1 year ago and to date the media has never reported Feb 14, 2012,  Denault sued and won.

I remember calling famed Civil Rights lawyer Norman Siegel with the news telling him it is good news for NYC tax payers because key figures in NYC gov were responsible for allowing theft and abuses start before Denault was hired as Richard Valcich's letter proved.

I am the only one to report Richard Valcich has gone from Hero to Zero to say!  Why?   He left but word on the street is his other half Mouse google my post mouse in the house continued working for NYC Gov on CityTime and his son even had a job for a while and he was not alone.  Rumor is a prominent nyc gov lawyer with a son  with the same name even got a job for a while on CityTime.  Big deal right?  Just something stinks NYC gov from Rudy and Mike with SAIC and CityTims to NYC gov's office of payroll -- even rumors about location of offce and rent to DOITT both like constant witnesses to crime scenes on CityTime and 911 tech corruption along with Rose Gill Hearn, Mark Page and Chris Quinn and most of City Council.  

The Juror lawyer Mom is off the trial.  

Alternate juror sobs. Doesn't have the financial resources to park themselves in court for months. The finger flipping juror decides to stay on. Last the street heard is that jurors get paid squat. Lots of millions poured into this trial, mega millions stolen but jurors expected took take poverty pay unless employers compensate them... Personally I believe we should have professional jurors that actually want to be there.

Ouch.  Let's face it Denault appears to be "crazy" not to have taken a deal and plead guilty.  Even more odd is he isn't calling Bloomberg, Rudy, Patti Hartis, Chris Quinn, Mark Page and I suggested his lawyer Barry Bohrer do so.
