Preet Bharara New York District Attorney again asked the judge to dismiss Barry Bohrer's and Gerald Shargel's motions to cough up some more names and suppress seized evidence...judge is still mulling should here. Are they screaming the trial is not fiar? More interesting is the trial starts late September, and who they gonna call to the stand? Call Bloomberg? Call Joel Bondy? How bout some SAIC execs post and present?

Sure hope SAIC has not violated their deferred prosecution agreement because to me an artist it looks like they might have but Bloomberg, Rudy, his deputy mayors turned lobbyists, Joel Bondy, Sal Salamone, Jellybean, Mike Bloomberg, Christine Quinn, Mark Page, Rose Gill Hearn and so many more including City Council that allowed the massive over-rides with few exceptions are all in my opinion guilty and Preet gives them the Preet Bharara Teflon Treatment.
I hope Barry Bohrer and Gerald Shargel call them all and all top brass SAIC!!!!!!!
