What nauseated me was when Anemona Hartocollis reported in the NY Times that "financially strapped Lenox Hill Hospital actually increased their revenue due to the closing of Bellevue." (http://www.nytimes.com/2012/12/04/nyregion/with-some-hospitals-closed-after-hurricane-sandy-others-overflow.html) 

Undertakers make money in a cholera outbreak, too. If the undertaker is a large contributor to the politicians, who control the money flow to prevent cholera....you get my macabre comparison.
