Then comes those interesting details...the street seems to always catch. SAIC and Citytime and the IRS....Well I will spit if the IRS allows a tax break on deducting the Citytime Penalty....AS a TAX Break...does this mean this tax break was in the numbers last March? See below, Mr. Tax man!
