The NYPD so far policing the protest near Columbus Circle and CP have not broken any laws, violated civil rights, burned books or added to the record number of false arrests -- so far. Maybe the realize they are losing OWS law suits and a mega suit is coming along with 3 NYPD up in the Bronx being prosecuted and Adrian Schoolcraft that breaking more laws wouldn't be a good idea or the NYPD doesn't want to help OWS with find raising?

I video taped a powerful clip after a white OWS woman said she was eating lunch and I didn't ask to film. I just said I will delete and bye. I wasn't aware they didn't want bloggers covering their protest and last time I checked legally filming on a public street just fine. The OWS post not in sync with the small group I asked for a comment. I have had some crappy paying jobs where taking lunch was not an option.
